Xroads Kids is an exciting ministry focused exclusively on the needs of children. Children participating in this ministry meet each Sunday during our regular Celebration Service at 9:30am. Their leaders incorporate weekly Bible study, creative activities, and recreational opportunities to provide an enviroment your children will look forward to sharing in week after week.
Ultimately, our goal is for each child to become a fully devoted follower of Christ — growing in their relationship with Jesus, serving with their gifts, connecting with God’s people, and being the presence of Christ among others.
This ministry is served by individuals who have a unique gift for communicating spiritual truth to children on a level to which they can enthusiastically relate. When your children arrive at CCC on Sunday mornings, you can be confident they will experience an exciting, fun and safe environment led by caring adults who enable them to focus on their own unique spiritual journey.
While our leaders will do everything possible to help your children mature in their experience of God, we know that parents and guardians are the primary spiritual trainers in the home. So, we also offer tools to help equip parents and guardians as well.
Jesus said, "'Let the little children come to me; do not stop them, for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs. Truly I tell you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will never enter it.' And he took them up into his arms, laid his hands on them, and blessed them." (Mark 10:14b-16)
