Core Values: those things which define us, our DNA
Missional: We seek to align all the programs, functions, and activities of CCC around the mission of God in the world.
Authenticity: We seek to be real, approachable people whose walk is consistent with our talk, whose way of being in the world is consistent with the presence of Christ.
Relationships: We seek to be in loving relationships — with God, each other, and the larger community around us. We also desire to be in catalytic relationships with ministry partners.
Multiplication: We seek to be faithfully birthing Christ-followers, small groups, and churches.
Giftedness: We believe that every believer is uniquely gifted by God the Holy Spirit with personality, talents, and financial resources which are to be used to help fulfill God's purpose for His creation.
Relevance: We believe the Bible provides all the necessary guidance on how Christ-followers and the Church are to be in the world; the cultural context determines the forms which embody that presence.
Transformation: We believe that a relationship with God results in changed people, changed lives, and changed communities.
Diversity: Believing that diversity results in strength and wisdom, we seek to cultivate a climate of acceptance and transparency in relationships with all persons.
Creativity: We value innovative, changing methods coupled to the unchanging message of the gospel.
Excellence: Excellence in all we do honors God and inspires people.
